Alexandra E. Faia
Alexandra E. Faia attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Humanities and Social Sciences in Political Science. While attending LSU, Ms. Faia worked as a page for the Louisiana State House of Representatives for the 2010 regular session.
Upon graduation, Ms. Faia worked for a national legal support firm which specialized in document and pleading preparation as well as medical records retrieval. In the Fall of 2012, Ms. Faia entered Loyola University of New Orleans, College of Law from which she received her Juris Doctorate in May of 2015.
Since 2016, she has primarily practiced in the area of domestic and family law litigation. Her experience includes both litigating and negotiating settlements involving prenuptial agreements, divorce, spousal and child support, child custody, and the division of marital property. She has served as the Family Law Chair for the Louisiana Association of Justice since 2021.
Ms. Faia was selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for 2021, 2022, and 2023 as well as Louisiana Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2021, 2022, and 2023.
